A New Creed

We are not alone,

we live in God's world.

We believe in God:
who has created and is creating,
who has come in Jesus,
the Word made flesh,
to reconcile and make new,
who works in us and others
by the Spirit.

We trust in God.

We are called to be the Church:
to celebrate God's presence,
to live with respect in Creation,
to love and serve others,
to seek justice and resist evil,
to proclaim Jesus, crucified and risen,
our judge and our hope.
In life, in death, in life beyond death,
God is with us.

Directions: Take County Rd 18 (east/west) or County Rd 20 (south) into the village of Martintown. Go south on the River Rd (on the west side of the bridge and the Raisin River). The church is on the right, at Kirk St.

Directions: Church Ave connects with County Rd 19, just north of the village, and County Rd 17, just east of the village. If you are coming from the south, on County Rd 19 (also called Bridge St.), you come to a 4-way stop (downtown Williamstown; MacDonald’s Grocery Store and Ye Olde Bridge Café on your left). Turn right and go past Jack’s Pub (past the pub – unless you are coming really early, or staying really late), and take your immediate left. There is parking on the side streets, and around Irvine Hall.

Rideau Hill Camp is a Seaway Valley Presbytery sponsored Christian Camp run by an independent Council. It is open and available from May to September. During July and August, a series of boys'and girls camps are run with activities geared toward the various age groups which range from 6 to 16 years. The Camp is situated on the south bank of the Rideau River at 3560 Rideau River Road in the Township of North Grenville. Best approach is via exit 40 from Highway 16. Travel approximately 5 kilometres east and look for a laneway on the left through the cedars. The Camp is well sign-posted.
